Haroon A Aziz, M.D. established his private plastic surgery practice in 1980. Dr. Aziz completed his general surgery residency at Tucson Hospital Medical Education Program, Tucson, Arizona.

He completed his plastic surgery training at the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. In addition, he completed a surgical oncology fellowship at Ohio State University.

Dr. Aziz has been a resident of Columbus and an active member of the medical community for over 20 years. He is on the faculty of the Ohio State University.
